Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Our Commitment to You
CJ strives to provide an exceptional shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Conditions
All returned or exchanged items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
Items returned in unacceptable condition cannot be refunded.
3. Return Policy Categories
3.1 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You can exchange for free or request a full refund including shipping costs
- Return shipping will be covered by us (calculated using lowest cost shipping method)
3.2 Change of Mind
If the item is in perfect condition but you've changed your mind:
- For exchanges (including size changes): You are responsible for all shipping costs
- For returns: You will receive a refund of 100% of the product purchase price (shipping costs and transaction fees are non-refundable)
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
3.3 Incorrect Shipping Information
If your order doesn't arrive due to incorrect shipping information you provided:
- Option 1: Pay for reshipping costs once the original parcel returns to us
- Option 2: Request a refund of 100% of product purchase price (shipping costs not included)
- Note: If your order shipped free, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Please double-check your shipping information before completing payment.
4. How to Return an Item
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If there are any issues:
- Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package (we cannot accept complaints made after this timeframe)
- After receiving return authorization, send the order back within 7 days
- Include your order date and order number with the return
- Send us the tracking number after returning the item
Important: Non-trackable parcels are not eligible for refund. We recommend using services like EMS, UPS, or DHL that provide tracking.
5. Our Resend Policy
Considering the long transportation time for returns (often exceeding 1 month) and expensive shipping fees, we offer a special Resend Policy to establish a long-term relationship with our customers.
5.1 Size Problems
If the product size doesn't fit you:
- Short-Sleeve Jerseys: Provide a photo of you wearing the jersey, pay $15 for shipping (plus additional customization fee if the jersey was customized), and we'll send your desired size
- Other Products: Pay 50% of the original product price, and we'll send your desired size
5.2 Delayed Shipments
- For Developed Countries: If the declared shipment time is 30 days or less, and it has been more than 30 days since online tracking began, contact us and we'll resend your package for free
- For Developing Countries: If the declared shipment time is more than 30 days, and it has been more than 60 days since online tracking began, contact us and we'll resend your package for free
5.3 Customs Hold or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or seized by customs, provide proof of this situation and we'll resend the package to you for free after confirmation.
6. Important Notes
- Personalized products are made specifically for you and are not returnable
- Face covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons
7. Declared Shipment Time
You can view the declared shipment time on the checkout page when selecting your shipping method. Free shipping and express shipping options (DHL/FedEx) have different declared shipment times.
