Managing Your CJ Account

1. How do I create a CJ account?

Creating an account on www.cjersey.com is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Click the ‘Login’ link, usually found in the top right corner of the website.
  2. Select the ‘Create Account’ option.
  3. Enter your email address (this will be your login email) and create a secure password. Confirm your password.
  4. Choose your communication preferences.
  5. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  6. Click the ‘REGISTER’ button to complete the process.

Congratulations! Your CJ account is now created. We will send a confirmation email to the address you provided.

2. How do I change my account settings?

To update your account information, first log in to your account on www.cjersey.com.

  • Personal Information: Navigate to the "Personal Information" section within your account settings. Here you can change your password, nickname, date of birth, or gender. After changing your password, you'll receive an email confirmation.
  • Address Details: Go to the ‘Address Book’ section under ‘My Account’ to add, edit, or delete your saved billing and shipping addresses.

Note: Your login email address cannot be changed once your account is created.

3. How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Go to the account sign-in page on www.cjersey.com.
  2. Click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your CJ account.
  4. Click ‘Get Code’ (or a similar button). We will send an email containing a verification code to your registered email address.
  5. Check your email for the code.
  6. Return to the password reset page, enter the code you received, and create your new password.
  7. Finalize the process by clicking ‘RESET PASSWORD’ (or a similar confirmation button).

Your password has now been reset. You can log in using your email address and the new password.
