1. Wholesale Pricing & Discounts

1.1 Standard Pricing

For individual item pricing, please refer to the specific price listed on each product's page on www.cjersey.com.

1.2 Standard Volume Discounts

We offer the following discounts based on the total value of your single order (excluding delivery costs, tax, and VAT):

  • Orders over $1,000 USD: 5% Discount
  • Orders over $2,500 USD: 8% Discount
  • Orders over $5,000 USD: 12% Discount

1.3 Loyalty Discount Program

We appreciate your continued business! Based on your total order value (excluding shipping, tax, and VAT) within a calendar month, you can qualify for a minimum loyalty discount on all orders placed in the following month:

  • Spend over $2,500 USD in a month: Receive at least a 5% discount on all orders placed the next month.
  • Spend over $5,000 USD in a month: Receive at least a 10% discount on all orders placed the next month.

Note: This loyalty discount provides a minimum guaranteed discount for the subsequent month. If any specific order placed during that month also qualifies for a higher standard volume discount (as listed in section 1.2), you will automatically receive the higher applicable discount percentage for that particular order. The discounts do not stack (e.g., a 5% loyalty discount + 5% volume discount does not equal 10%).

When you sell a product, you purchase the item from a third-party supplier (like CJ), and we ship it directly to your customer. This means you avoid handling inventory, storage, and the logistics of receiving and reshipping goods.

2.2 How Dropshipping Works with CJ

We offer a straightforward dropshipping service:

  1. Your customer places an order on your platform.
  2. You place the identical order on our website, www.cjersey.com.
  3. During checkout, you enter your customer's shipping address as the delivery destination.
  4. We process the order and ship the product directly to your customer under plain packaging.

Discreet Shipping Guaranteed: We promise we will not include any CJ promotional materials, invoices with our pricing, or any information identifying CJ as the original shipper in the package sent to your customer.

2.4 How to Join the CJ Dropshipping Program

  3. State your interest in the Dropshipping Program. Please provide details about your business (e.g., website URL, selling platforms) and an estimate of your expected monthly sales volume (e.g., number of orders, approximate total value).
  4. We will review your application and notify you once you are approved as a CJ dropshipping partner. Approval may grant access to specific program benefits.

2.5 Placing Dropshipping Orders

To ensure correct processing, please write "Dropshipping to customer" in the order notes or comments section during the checkout process on our website.

2.6 Customer Service & Returns Handling

As the retailer selling directly to your customer, you are their primary point of contact for all inquiries, support, and issues.

If your customers experience any problems, need technical assistance, or wish to inquire about returns or exchanges, they must contact you first. You will then manage the communication with us at CJ based on our applicable policies (like our Reshipment Policy) if a resolution involving us is required.
